LECTURE_ON_CONFLICT_MANAGEMENT

On 7^th July 2016, MBA first year students were introduced to Prof. Patrick Mc Namara, Director, International Studies Major,University of Nebraska, Omaha. Later he addressed the students about conflict management. He enlightened them on how to resolve the conflicts that occur both in personal life and in organisations, in an effective way, as conflicts are inevitable. He also encouraged the students to share the conflicts they encountered in their lives and he suggested solutions for the same.
