MESSAGE-FROM-THE-PRINCIPAL

For close to three decades now, GITAM Institute of Management has been a leader and pioneer in management education, especially in South India. We take great honour and pride in shaping not just management professionals but young leaders who can steer the future of the nation through ethics and innovation. 

Indeed, India is the richest nation today, because, she has the world’s largest youth population. Our new E-Newsletter YUVAAN exemplifies the spirit of vibrant youthful energy that pervades our campus. It is one of those fledgling yet significant initiatives which aim to properly direct and harness youth energy through sharing of news and views. This e-newsletter is meant to be a platform to share the events on campus as well as the hard work, merit and achievements of our students and faculty and to invite the best of ideas from all our stakeholders.  I sincerely hope that this newsletter will lead to greater exposure, creative experience and all-round development for the students and the community at large. 

It gives me immense pleasure to witness this blend of learning and creativity! I congratulate the Editorial Team for finely executing a challenging task and wish YUVAAN all success in the future. I would also like to thank the University authorities for their constant support in all such endeavours of GITAM Institute of Management.
