MANAGING_YOUR_MONEY_AND_MANAGING_YOUR_STRESS_LEVELS

Ok, so the very common problem we students deal with is Money. Money, it feels good having it, but it feels worst when not having it. We manage our games, movies, comics and everything, but we never manage our Money. Though, we know that money is the most important thing in this world, if you want to live.

Lets look at How to Manage Money.
There are actually three situations in a financial life of an employee or a student or anyone who has money.
1 . Expenses > income – in this situation, you will end up having nothing left and you need to get some credit. This is your situation James.
2. Expenses = income – this situation is pretty good but the sad part is that you will not be able to save money. 90% of Employees come under this condition.
3. Expenses < income – this situation is the best one. Most of the successful entrepreneurs come under this. They manage their expenses ,they keep track of every single penny spent and that’s why they are able to save so much of money.
For every dollar I earn, I pretend I have only 25 cents, so in that way I’m able to save a lot of it. – Warren Buffet
Here are some tips for you to jump from Situation 1 to Situation 3.

EXPENSE MANAGEMENT TIPS:
  1. Save as much as you can. Same 1 dollar, 25 cents formula.
  2. Spend only on the things which you find important. If you are 100% sure you need to buy that, go for it. But if there is even 1% of doubt in your mind, leave it.
  3. Download apps such as MoneyView or Expense Manager by Money Tower.
  4. Keep track of every penny you spend, if you could save even Rs. 20 in a day, in 10 years you will have Rs.73,000 in your hands. Now that’s a big amount.
  5. Invest only once, but get a good product. You want a pair of shoes, it is expensive, Invest in it, but make sure they are worth it cause it is better to invest in a great product rather than spending again and again on cheap products.

So these were the five important tips you need to learn if you really wanna make something outta your money.
STRESS MANAGEMENT
Okay guys, as we all know, nowadays, people suck, it’s not cause it’s their behaviour it’s because they are under high pressure and stress. We often blame people for behaving rudely, but we never go deep inside to learn why were they behaving like that ? It’s all because of a Confused stressful pressurized lifestyle. Also known as (CSP Syndrome).
And for us, students it is very important to stay healthy and energetic the whole day..
Soo....
Now, here I’ve got some healthy yet amazing tips for you to develop your lifestyle.
1. Stop over thinking, start Smart Thinking.
Few habits and mistakes are as common as getting stuck in over thinking. I used to do it all the time. Literally, all the time but at one point I realised I’ve spent a great amount of time in thinking what is unnecessary and never concentrated on what is necessary.
One easiest way to stop over thinking is just ask yourself a question “will it matter in 5-10 years ?” Obviously, you’ll get a NO. Cause it ain’t gonna be. You teacher slapped you, you are thinking and thinking and thinking and then ask yourself this question. It won’t, it is not gonna matter in 5 years. Nobody’s gonna ask you after five years that why did your teacher slap you. Who cares ??
2. Stop making your daily work busier and more complicated than it needs to be .
It’s very easy to get stuck in the same old rut at work or in school. To spend your hours there like you usually do and like most of the other people do too. If you have college/work at 9 AM, get up at 8, brush your teeth, take a bath, get your breakfast and go to work.
Don’t make your life so complicated, come on, it’s your life, not a maze. Be easy, go easy. Stop caring about the world. Start thinking about yourself. If you have a dream, spend most of your time working on it rather than listening to the advices of criticizing people.
Have a glass of juice in the morning and start your day with the name of God.
Just say “Dear God, I’m gonna start this day with your name and I know you will support me whenever I need you. Thanks for whatever you have done for me till now”
It feels really good. If you don’t thank God for every smile, you have no right to blame him for every tear.
3. Stop killing your relationships.
The fun, excitement and joy in a relationship of any kind can often be greatly reduced by simple and common thought mistakes.
Relationships are meant to develop and support each other, they aren’t meant to cry and fight and cry. Whether it’s your father, your mother, your sister, your brother or your partner, do not make them cry. Don’t engage in arguments with them, if they are scolding you there must be a reason for it. Understand it. We only scold the people we love the most.
Be happy with what you have! These friends, this family you are never gonna get again. Spend quality time with them. It feels great.

And here’s my quote for the end..
“ A life which is easy to live is the life we all want, but to get that life, we gotta change ourselves, good things always begin from inside, not outside “
