Rules and Regulations for Elocution

1. Topic will be given 15 minutes prior to commencement.
2. Same topic will be given for everyone.
3. Time limit ( min 3 minutes and max 4 minutes).

4. Usage of electronic gadgets like mobile phones, smart watches etc. is strictly prohibited.
